This is a great TENS device - my doctor recommended it to me after complaints of chronic muscle spasms and general back pain. I love that there are so many different modes depending on the pain relief you need. I'm using this almost daily for traps/sore neck, paraspinals and lumbar pain. The pads are also really long-lasting, which is a nice bonus.

It's easy to use, and I especially like how it uses the CR2032 battery. The readings are reliable and the value is great. The test strip refills are not expensive and easy to find more, and it comes with a good amount.
